Phase 1 | 6 Week WEIGHT LOSS KICK START

The 6 Week Transformation Kick Starter plan  is the perfect jump start you need to help you drop the first 20-25pounds of stubborn body fat so you can build momentum and reach your ultimate fitness and weight loss goals. Everyone starts HERE! You have a simple meal plan to work with (pasta and bread allowed), exercise is optional and you will be having one-on-one phone based coaching calls with Ruslan each week along with other accountability strategies.

Phase 2 | Active Fat Loss

After your KICK-STARTER, we're going to continue on helping you make weekly progress with your weight loss/fitness goals.  This is where we're going to set you up with a fully personalized meal plan that will include all of your favorite foods, this way you'll never feel deprived while losing weight and optimizing your health. You will continue on with one-on-one coaching sessions with Ruslan focusing on your mental and emotional transformations which accompany your overall change.

Phase 3 | Transition Phase

After you've reached your ultimate weight loss goals, it's time to get your metabolism to it's optimal capacity by increasing your food intake (carbs + fats) each week while helping you sustain your new body weight. The Reverse Diet is our unique technique that allows you to eat more food and maintain your results! This will make keeping your weight off a breeze for years to come!

Phase 4 | Rebound Prevention/Maintenance Phase

Freedom in your body occurs when you're no longer physically limited to do the things you want and when the fear of gaining weight is gone.
